No baking or retail experience? No problem. Anyone can join the Banjo’s team and create our popular, mouth-watering products. We’re right there with you to assist with everything you need from operations, sales, marketing and hiring the right staff.

Our team of professional bakers and consultants will guide you every step of the way providing ongoing training for every area of bakery production and retail operations. We provide continued guidance to enhance the performance of your business.

After your initial training, we provide continued baking, sales and barista training to ensure the quality and consistency Banjo’s are known for. We’re there to assist and support you every step of the way.

Our team of experienced marketing professionals continually develop innovative and successful campaigns and promotional activity to drive customers instore and online at a national and local level

The most important part of our business is our people. Our HR advisors are here to assist you in every area of people management to ensure you have the best team possible.

Every Banjo’s franchise benefits from having access to the latest information technology systems and every bakery is linked to the Franchisor through advanced technology.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

STEP 1

Application & Profile

You will be asked to complete an application form and compatibility profile to assess your alignment to Banjo’s culture, values, work style and competencies.

STEP 2

The Numbers

Successful applicants will be provided with a cashflow template to assist them;

  • To understand how a Banjo’s business works, and;
  • Build out a cashflow so they understand breakeven and ROI.

STEP 3

Meet the Team

You will get to meet the team. This is where you get to ask all the questions you can so you can build out a cashflow with clarity on how the business operates.

STEP 4

Due Diligence

To complete your due diligence you will be provided with;

  • Draft Franchise Agreement, Disclosure Document & Franchising Code of Conduct
  • A list of franchisee’s provided & Site Visit.
  • Finance Broker introduction.

STEP 5

Meet the CEO

After completing your due diligence, now is the time to meet our CEO. The CEO will sign off on everything completed by you to date and award you with the right to open a Banjo’s Bakery.

STEP 6

Franchise Agreement

You are now ready to be part of the team. You will be asked to complete our Request for Information document so we can draw up your Franchise Agreement.
